OUR BACKGROUND

Since 2016 we have been conduction website web design, build and PPC marketing for sole traders, small businesses and cottage industries.

Lean Mean Digital was created by its founder and CEO, John Le Page, after working for various digital marketing agencies for over 10 years. John believed in removing all the common wastes he came across, for the benefit of his team and agency clients. Over this period, and working on web projects of various sizes, John became an expert in finding and resolving operational issues wherever they were. This was often in the workflow between stages of a project, or where people’s skills were not fully utilised, or within the supporting software systems themselves.

We have taken all of this experience to specialise in a set of digital Lean and Agile practices, which have been fine tuned over the years, so that our fellow ‘partners’ can benefit from consistent, efficient and effective results.

I head up the team and oversea all business operations. I act as the technical and business strategic direction lead, and manage the technical freelancers. I specialise in developing our Lean and Agile practices and technology framework.

I specialise in optimising the performance of client websites through PPC (Pay Per Click) marketing. I manage PPC accounts, executing highly effective PPC campaigns, to achieve paid search goals. This also includes competitor research and keyword research.
